    I.  Introduction:

    The non-stick coatings WF380 Series is a water-based double-layer non-stick coating containing PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) combined with high-performance resins. It offers excellent non-stick properties, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance, lubricity, easy-cleaning, and stain resistance. It is suitable for metal surfaces such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, iron, and stainless steel, and is widely used in numerous applications requiring non-stick performance and food contact. This series of coatings complies with RoHS, FDA, and other food safety standards.

    III.Application Methods:

    1. **Degreasing and Oil Removal**  
       First, clean the substrate (aluminum or stainless steel) with a cleaning solvent to remove oil and grease. 


    2. **Sandblasting for Surface Roughening**  
       Use corundum sand of 80#~120# grit, with a pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa. Blast the surface to achieve a roughness of (2.0–5.0) μm.  


    3. **Primer Coating Application**  
       Using a spray gun with a nozzle diameter of (1.0–1.5) mm, set the pressure to (0.2–0.3) MPa and maintain a distance of (20–30) cm. Spray the primer directly (undiluted). Dry at (140–160) °C for (5–15) minutes. The dry film thickness after drying should be (10–15) μm.  


    4.  **Topcoat Application**  
       Cooling to 15–35 °C.Using a spray gun with a (1.0–1.5) mm nozzle, set the pressure to (0.2–0.3) MPa and maintain a distance of (20–30) cm. Apply the topcoat directly (undiluted). First dry at (120–150) °C for (5–20) minutes, then sinter at 380 °C for (10–20) minutes (adjust time based on workpiece size and oven heating rate). The total dry film thickness after sintering should be (20–30) μm.
